This is what arrives every month
Your numbers, with a sentence under each one saying what it means.
Your business — 30 days to 23 August
72 people asked Google for directions to you this month, in line with last month.
Someone tapped “Directions” to your shop. This is the closest thing to a customer walking in.
This is the sort of month-to-month movement that is normal at this size — 12 either way is an ordinary month, not a change in direction.
Someone tapped your phone number on Google.
This is a real drop rather than the usual month-to-month movement, so it is worth a look. We watch the direction across three months before changing approach — ask us any time and we will walk you through it.
Someone clicked through from Google to your website.
How many times you came up in Google Search or Maps.
An example. The wording is the real thing — it comes out of the same code that writes a client’s report.
Your first thirty days
What the setup fee actually pays for, in the order it happens.
- Week 1
We build it.
Your answers become a real website. Domain registered, hosting and SSL live, and your Google profile set up properly: categories, hours and address matching the site exactly.
- Week 2
We tell Google and Bing you exist.
Domain ownership verified, sitemap submitted, and your details made machine-readable so AI assistants can quote them. Then we watch which pages get picked up.
- Week 3
Your profile starts working.
Posts begin going out, reviews get replies, and the first real search data starts arriving. What people typed, and what they did next.
- Week 4
You see the first numbers.
Your portal shows how people found you and what they did. It is a starting point rather than a result. A homepage usually indexes in one to two weeks and interior pages in four to eight, so month one is the baseline everything after is measured against.
Add on when you need it
Priced once where the work happens once. We do not bill you every month for something we did in month one.
- A second location
- $199/month
- Its own pages, its own profile, its own numbers.
- Extra pages
- from $149
- A new neighbourhood, a new service, a new product line.
- Listings clean-up
- from $199 once
- Every directory your details appear in, corrected and made identical. Priced once because it is done once.
- Listings monitoring
- $49/month
- We watch for your hours or address drifting out of date, and fix it.
What the price actually means
No contract.
Month to month. Leave whenever it stops earning its keep.
The setup fee buys real work.
Building the site, registering the domain, setting up the profile and getting it indexed happens once and takes the most time. It is charged once for the same reason.
The domain is yours if you leave.
It carries your business name. It transfers to you once the account is settled, and that is written into the agreement.
Every limit is written down, on purpose.
Anyone promising unlimited pages or unlimited revisions is either not doing them or is about to stop answering the phone.
Backlinks are one thing we leave alone.
Buying links breaks Google’s rules and risks the one thing your business cannot afford to lose. For a local shop they barely move the map anyway. The profile, the pages and the reviews do.
No rented listings.
Where we submit your details, we submit them permanently. Some services rent you listings that vanish the day you stop paying. We do not.
Tell us the trade and the towns.
We will come back with which plan fits, or say straight out if you would be better off elsewhere.
